Rent space
Sell your items in the mall
We welcome inquiries from anyone interested in renting space to sell antiques and collectibles — from coins and pocket knives to buffets and china cabinets. Many of our dealers had never been in a mall before they started with us, and a number of seasoned dealers keep space here alongside other malls.
Booth space
Open floor space leased by the square foot. Ideal for furniture, larger pieces, or a big display of smaller items. Many dealers rent multiple booths to build a larger space or spread across the mall.
Good for: furniture, lamps, décor, full displays
Wall space
Vertical space that works well for smaller items, art, signs, and hanging pieces. A low-cost way to get started or add to a booth.
Good for: art, signs, mirrors, textiles
Showcases
Locked glass showcases located throughout the mall. Perfect for smaller, more valuable items — as a stand-alone option or in addition to a booth.
Good for: jewelry, coins, cards, knives, lures, fine glass & china
We take care of the hard parts
- No resale tax number needed. We collect, report, and pay all sales taxes, so that part is handled. Earnings from your booth are your own income, so keep your sales statements for tax time.
- No vendor's license needed. We handle all of the sales at a central register.
- Competitive rates. Our booth rental rates are among the most competitive you'll find anywhere, and we've kept them that way since 1968.
- Built-in foot traffic. Six days a week of shoppers in downtown Powell, plus our social media following.

Dealers who do best set aside time to keep up with current prices, organize their items so they present well, and keep their booth clean and well stocked. We're glad to share what works.

Renting space FAQ
Do I need a vendor's license or tax ID to sell here?
No. We handle all sales at our register and collect, report, and pay the sales tax, so you don't need a resale tax number or a vendor's license. Earnings from your booth are your own income, so keep your sales statements for tax time.
How much does a booth cost?
We lease by the square foot, and rates depend on the size and location of the space. They're among the most competitive you'll find anywhere. Contact us for current pricing and availability.
Can I rent more than one space?
Yes. Many dealers combine adjoining spaces into one larger booth, or rent several spaces in different parts of the mall.
Do I have to be at the mall to sell?
No. Our staff handles every sale for you. You'll want to stop by to restock and tidy your booth, but you don't need to be on site.
What sells best?
Unique, well-priced, well-presented items. Smaller valuables like jewelry, coins, cards, knives, and fine glass do well in showcases; furniture and décor do well in booths.
